HOME VALUATION BY JCKC REALTY
When we valuate a home we will take all of the properties that sold in your immediate area and compare them to your home. We will start with a search that goes back 3 months. Afrer we have all of the homes that sold in front of us we will get your homes value based on the price per square foot and add or subtract from that price based on the ammenities that your home has or does not have.

We will then email a pdf file with all of the photos of the other homes as well as a description of each property.
